Parcel does not show any updates

I have a parcel being delivered by China Post and it shows it already reached a sorting centre in Germany but the update has stopped since 21th of November which is almost 2 weeks ago. May I know where is the package?

Hi Max,

It's at the sorting centre in Germany now. If you couldn't receive it in this month, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

show airline departs 4/04/21 no updates ! how will we know if/when accepted by USPS. will there be a new USPS tracking number issued ? How can I find out ?
