Parcel from SG arrived in China but has not arrived at final destination?

Hello, I'm waiting on a package being delivered to my place. I have tracked my package in singpost and is said that it has already arrived, however It has not been sent to my address where I reside. could it be stuck in customs? I have waited for more than a week for my package to arrive.

Status says delivered at final destination but it has not arrived. You say to contact local post I did and they do not recognise the tracking number and do not have my parcel. There are many different postal services in the U.K. how do I know which one you have my parcel to?
