Please let me know what is going on with this parcel. It was shipped from Guangzhou on August 10, but returned from Beijing once. Again, seller sent it back through same route to Beijing.

It is now again stuck in Beijing, but current status shows Beijing, [Beijing International Mail Exchange] Return.

I understand, due to various international issues, trade between the countries is at an all-time low, and further no direct flights are running between India and Beijing. In that case, I will ask for refund of the parcel from seller, but he is saying wait for more time.
