My parcel should have been delivered within 30 days, which has surpassed. There has been no further information for 5 days. Please can you advise where my parcel is?

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
