It's sent by YanWen Express by the seller. It seems that it's still stuck in China now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi China Post staff,

Sorry to bother you again, but there has been no update on my parcel since July 29 (EB748665454CN). I was told to wait 10-20 days last time I asked about the parcel status. Now the tracking number has expired. This is a personal package, so there is no seller to get a refund from.

Is there any way you can help?
