Parcel in Transit for more than 2 weeks with no updates

Hello. My parcel EV056282673CN has been stuck at "plane arrived at entry port" for 2 weeks and has not been updated at all. Is there anyone i can contact (Local customs or China Post) regarding this? I would like to receive my items as soon as possible.

I ordered something from Aliexpress on the 1st of January 2026, was receiving shipping updates for the first few days and then nothing? Since the 10th of January all shipping updates have come to a complete stop and the parcel seems to be stuck in transit. There is a message saying

''Due to a peak in customer packages, your order may take longer than usual. We're working proactively to speed up the delivery. Thanks for your understanding.''

It's been like this for over two weeks and it's getting concerning.
