My parcel with tracking number ZA00195807601 is marked as delivered on May 28, 2025, at 16:18 in Moissy-Cramayel, 77550, France, but I have not received anything.
This is a delivery issue. I request an investigation and confirmation of the delivery details

Hi Syylvain Santucci,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either.
