Parcel marked delivered but not received

My small parcel - tracking number YELVQDJG - tracking says it was delivered 17th February 2021 but I have not received it. Destination was Australia.
Can you investigate this for me as I need to get a refund from the supplier if it is lost? Thanks

Sorry, we couldn't investigate it for you. You need to let your local courier or the seller do that for you.

Hello,
My parcel with tracking number WUYOU0322553545 is marked as “Delivered successfully” on September 16th in Valence (26000), France, but I have not received anything.
Can you tell me which local carrier handled this delivery (DPD, Chronopost, La Poste…)?
Also, is there a local French tracking number associated with this shipment?
