Parcel not been delivered

I have been tracking my parcel from China post and it now saying that it has been delivered when it definitely has not,the tracking no.is WUYOU1111245492 which is on the receipt from lowes which shows the right address and phone number so I would like to know where my parcel is?

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
