Parcel not delivered

My parcel was delivered to a wrong city, two hours away. Canada Post will not help and the sender is not answering my messages. I am supposed to reach out to China Post and have no way of doing that. It wasnt a cheap parcel and I am extremely frustrated. Can someone please help?

Hi Brooke,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks
