How can I ring China Post to speak to someone from Australia?

Hi Chris,

You can dial the China Post customer service hotline +86 10 11185 if you are outside China. Only Chinese language is available. You need to find someone that could speak Chinese to help call for you.

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks
