SHIPMENT NO. AM236925290CN.
I have problem because I checked the shipping tracking and it was delivered yesterday 04/18/2024 but I haven't received anything!? Can I explain this?

Mam problem, ponieważ sprawdziłem śledzenie przesyłki i została dostarczona wczoraj 18.04.2024, ale nic nie otrzymałem!? Czy możecie to wyjaśnić?
Przesyłka została wysłana 15.03.2024 przez China Post czy China Post Express, tylko mam pytanie jaka firma spedycyjna czy kurierska obsługuję i dostarcza moją paczkę w Polsce?

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks
