parcel not delivered

i have been waiting since 05/06/2024 for parcel to be delivered, it is showing as being delivered 05/07/2024 but we have not received anything, could you please advise the courier being used or a depot address i can contact

Hi timjenkison,

If it's shipped by China Post, it will be shipped by the post service of your country. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
