Parcel NOT Delivered

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
This is the tracking number but I'm sure it's fake..

Hi Kim Scotland,

Try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks
