Parcel not delivered

I have checked all round the site and with neighbours.

I do not believe the parcel was ever delivered. Please confirm who the in UK courier was?

Hi Alice Mary Hewetson,

If it's shipped out by China Post, it will be handed over to Royal Mail to deliver it to you. In normal, if you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
