I have 2 parcels with tracking number

They still haven't been delivered and are stuck at Guangzhou post office
What can be done so that they are delivered to recipient

My parcel: CP349109810CN was posted on 6th March
It has now been longer than 7 weeks and still not been delivered
My other parcel: CP363535209CN was posted on 17th March
It has now been 6 weeks
I have paid for a service which has not been carried out
These good are extremly overdue and I am very dissatisfied with this service
Please advise what is going
I expected a slight delay due to corona virus but this is now ridiculous
I have more parcels to send but am hesitant to use your service

It seems that they are on the way back to you now. You'd better contact the recipient in China and let him call China Post service number 11185 to check it as soon as possible.
