My parcel no is LA026667383CN and it is still not delivered to me after 60 days. It shows that it is still processing at your side. Can you help me check please? Thank you

I did not received my post sent by Singapore.
It is arrived on your Arrival Processing Center on 24 August 2019. Since, there is no action. Tracking number is RC600210805SG. Could you please check and advise current status?
