Ive had an email saying my parcel has been delivered but it hasn’t can someone please let me know where my parcel is? Thank you

Hi Molly,

It's delivered to your mailbox on Dec. 5. You'd better check your mailbox to see. If no, contact USPS to reflect the problem.

Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive. What company was this parcel handed over to for delivery in Christchurch New Zealand? Where is the proof of delivery which is what happens when we receive a parcel?
