Parcel not delivered although via tracking it says delivered

Hi. My tracking number AM769114783CN - It says delivered to BS7 0XW [correct post code] but I haven't received this at all. Is there any proof of delivery that you can email me? Please let me know as soon as you can so in case we don't find it I can request a refund from sender. Thank you

AT107663885CN is my tracking number. 17Track said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. I live in an apartment, there is no where to leave, any parcel.
