Parcel not delivered in UK

Hello,
I ordered some goods from a company in China that have used China Post as the courier to send them to the UK. The reference is SH9900312830YQ. On your tracking it says it was delivered but i have not received the goods. Can you advise me which local courier would have been used in the UK to complete the delivery please and a reference they will have so i can contact them to find out where my parcel is?

I received a message from 718 saying my parcel was delivered but it was not as I was home all day and my cameras show nothing please check you deliveries and contact me with details where my parcel went this is the second time in two months as this parcel was a replacement from the first one that was not delivered as well China post # ZA00280437101

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
This is the tracking number but I'm sure it's fake..
