Hi Rick,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs or pay the tax. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

My parcel landed in China on 7 August last year and has been returned after so very long in Customs and then awaiting delivery to Hangzhou Zhejiang address and I'd like to know why.
