Parcel not received

This is the tracking number LX978640434CN. It has taken longer for my parcel to be delivered to me and i still don't know why.

Hi Kingsley,

Your parcel was sent our on Sep.21 and left Suzhou, China on Sep. 22. It's in transit to UK now. You still need to wait.

Hello, please help me I sent a parcel from the United Kingdom Tracking Number: RU744750072GB and when I track it on China Post it says it has been delivered, however the person the parcel is for tells me they have not received it
