Please refer to the AWB-LX233229220CN, on your tracking system, the parcel has arrived the HK airport on 5/9/2020, but we are still waiting for delivery. Could you advise how soon this can be delivered?

It should be delivered in ten days after it's in Hong Kong. You'd better wait for more days to see.
