It is coming from China to America.
Since December 23, 2024 it has said “arrival at destination”. What does that mean? Where is my package? Have I been scammed?

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel. In your experience , what could I do to resolve this? I Am shipping to YYZ btw

see tracking summary below: who IS China Posts agent in Mackay the tracking program does not say. I need to call whoever it is to find out where my parcel is.
