Parcel says delivered, but I have not received

Parcel says delivered, but I have not received. Can I please have proof of delivery? I have checked all around my property and can not find this at all. Tracking GZ0001007887YQ. If this was given to an onforwarding courier, could I please have the onforwarded details and tracking number?

I HAVE DONE A TRACK AND TRACE ON MY PARCEL LO828288561CN WHICH SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY VILLAGE ON 9TH MAY 2020 BUT WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED - THIS WAS MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND WE ARE IN ISOLATION AND HAVE RECEIVED NO PACKAGE - THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE TREAT FOR MYSELF AS I AM A PENSIONER AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED TOO AS NEITHER MYSELF OR WIFE HAVE SIGNED FOR THIS - PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM NOT REALLY COMPUTER LITERATE -
