Thank you for the information. This concerns a return of purchased goods that are unfortunately of very poor quality.
What happens to the parcel if the recipient does not pay the tax? This concerns a return. I had specified that the parcel should be returned if this was the case. Is there anything else I can do on my part?

The receiver should have received the notice from the customs. You can also contact them to pay. If they don't pay, you can require them to contact the customs to return back. Or, it will take very long time to return back.
