Parcel status showing delivered but haven't received the same

My parcel status is showing delivered but I haven't received my parcel i checked with my friends and neighbors nobody received that. I contacted with canada post for the enquiry about my parcel they need canada post tracking number after reaching the parcel in canada. But I don't have canada post tracking number. So please help me with the same.
