I am writing to request an update regarding my parcel - ZC47931991199, which has been in transit to Bulgaria for over 68 days without any new scan or status update.
Could you please advise on its current status? I would like to know whether the parcel is considered lost or if delivery is still expected.

Hi Emil,

To my experience, it has been lost. In this case, you need to contact the seller to get refund or ask for a new delivery in time.

Is there a way to check what has happened to the parcel, or more specifically where along the route the shipment may have been lost? Is it possible to confirm whether the parcel is officially considered lost or if it is currently held or delayed at a specific location? It is very important for us to receive it.
