Hi, my parcel has been stuck at Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Center, the next stop "Guangzhou International Exchange Station" (via transfer) for a while now, where is it and why has it not been transferred to the airport yet?

It's been 10 days since the last status has been updated, will this get moving soon? How long should I expect this delivery for since I paid more money for this premium service but it has been 2 days now.
