The parcel is not normal. It has been a month since it was sent by the seller. And it's still in China now. If the seller couldn't give you a reply, better open a dispute to the platform where you buy the item from to ask your money back.

It's stuck in Guangzhou since 14 September 2019. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.

I'm waiting for my parcel (EB723835435CN) and for three weeks the status didn't change: Guangzhou, leaving the Guangzhou International Center, the next stop, Guangzhou International Exchange Station (via transfer).
