The recipient may need to submit the document to the customs to get it. You'd better contact the recipient to contact China Post (call 11183) to check it.

I'm waiting for my parcel (EB723835435CN) and for three weeks the status didn't change: Guangzhou, leaving the Guangzhou International Center, the next stop, Guangzhou International Exchange Station (via transfer).
Is it really stuck there or did something happen to it? Is it already on the way to Spain?
