Parcel stuck in Guangdong after "Shipment leaves processing center"

Hello dear Support,
i would like to ask you if you can help me with my parcel. The last tracking update is from the 29th August. After that there was no update since. Do you have further information about my package and the delay? I hope it is not lost...

Hi Tobias Maier,

It's normal to see there is no update for a week. It's in transit and there will be update after it arrives in your country. You'd better wait for more days to see.

shipment leaves processing center 10 days ago (0 reply)

Is my package stuck? It is shipping from china, arivved to the us, cleared customs, says it arrived in LAX, arrived at processing center, and finally leaves processing center. Those last two updates happened on June 10th and its now June 20th. Is my package lost? what can i do about this its an expensive shipment.
