My EA9302811919CN package does not move, it has been more than a month that it has not been updated and my supplier is not responsible for return of the money or send new parcel agai. I need help since it is from my business, the economic situation is already very difficult as to still lost parcel and not arrive, my business is going to broke

Coronavirus is slowing down packages. EMS is not as fast as before. You'd better wait for another 10-20 days to see if it could arrive.
