I ordered my parcel at the start of the month and the estimated arrival time was 2 days ago but it has been stuck at the same place for 5 days and all it says is "plane arriving" tracking number:EB800569200CN

I’m waiting for a package from china, but the last update was at least 4 days ago with ‘plane arriving’ but what does that mean? The package is in France or stuck in the customs?
