my parcel was not delivered tracking number ZA00390376401 . It shows as delivered but I have not received it and the cctv I have shows no delivery being attempted please advise local courier contact details

Hi ashley,

According to the tracking information, ZA00390376401 was delivered on June 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
