Parcel to Vietnam sent to China

Hi there,
My parcel (EK235624130FR) was supposed to be sent to Vietnam from France by Colissimo (correct address was written on the receipt).
For unknown reason, it is now in China. Keep transiting there since 22 days.
EMS Vietnam told me the parcel is being redirected to VN, but it's like almost 10 days that is being in China now. Not sure if there is anyway to be able to contact the EMS service in China for help.

Hi GillesVN,

It will be redirected to Vietnam. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It takes some days to leave China.

Thanks for the feedback.
The parcel is now stuck at the same place since almost 3 weeks at Guangxi Pingxiang City. Would it be possible to have an update on the status?

Hi there. :) I am not having much luck with getting any updated information about my package through the online tracking system. I have an EMS package that was supposed to be shipped to Vietnam within 7-10 days. It was supposedly sent out on April 23rd, so it's been about15 days now.

Can you please tell me if it's left China yet and in transit to Vietnam? Vietnam is quite close to China and normally the shipping is very fast (about 3-4 days), so even with the delay due to the pandemic, I should receive it soon, right?
