Did not receive parcel
Tracking shows successfully delivered yesterday 25th April Anzac Day public holiday.

I track my parcel Tracking Number AQ849891168CN. It shows it successfully delivered on May 2 at 17:41 but we have not receive it. Can China Post advise if the parcel truly arrived? We checked CCTV seems no delivery around May 2, 17:41. Thank you.
