missing parcel

I track my parcel Tracking Number AQ849891168CN. It shows it successfully delivered on May 2 at 17:41 but we have not receive it. Can China Post advise if the parcel truly arrived? We checked CCTV seems no delivery around May 2, 17:41. Thank you.

We could only see AQ849891168CN was delivered on May 2. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
