Parcel tracking says waiting pickup but there is no information on where

I tracked my parcel online and showed it is awaiting pickup. But there is no other information left on my mailbox, no email or message on where to pick up my parcel. No location provided on where to pick up.

Hi Sony,

In this situation, you need to contact your local courier to ask where to pick up.
