i have filled out the complATE customs declaration - WHY WOULD THE PARCEL NOT GO I FURTHER ON IN THE DELIVERY

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks
