Pending pick up

Hello, it says my parcel shipment has arrived and is waiting for customer to pick up. But it doesn’t say where to pick up the parcel. My tracking number is AG090658093CN.

Please help, where is the pick up location for China Post in Perth?

Hi Angel C,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address to pick up. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
