Pick up point.

Hi there, my tracking number is AS750354895CN and says it is ready to be picked up, but I am unsure where from. No paper work has been left nor does it state which courier/postal service it is with. Please help

Hi Hobbs1211,

According to the tracking information, AS750354895CN was our for delivery on April 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
