Please answer package question

Hello,
My tracking number is LE736622125CN
Why did it take 14 days for it to go from “Shenzhen In transit” to “Hong Kong airlines”? Does that mean that now it will START to transport and it is currently in an airplane from Hong Kong to destination country (Germany)?? All those 14 days and it is STILL in China? It only traveled one hour?? Please clarify what this means

Hi Jess,

It takes 13 days transit from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. It should have left China and in transit to Germany now. Please wait for more days to get update.

Why my parceL is in guangzhou again???? Its already arrived in manila and when i checked the next day its in guangzhou again. !
