90 days delay for a parcel from China to Switzerland is a disgrace. Even african postal service do much better. You should refund the amount payed and apologize fur such a bad service.

I came to know the China postal service is shut down for Corona Virus. Is it now working? If so please let me know can I get down a small parcel from China about 2 to 3kg. through ESM without any delay as before. And also let me know, how much the postal charges is. Thanks.

I ordered a package and it has been stuck in the same location since the 19th of June. I get the message sorry logistics delay on aliexpress when I check the tracking. It was shipped more than a month ago and I wonder what has happened to my package as I can't find any information about a reason for logistics delay, where the package is or how long the delay can last.
