Package Stuck on "Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to CL/SCL)"

Hi. I ordered an item on AliExpress using AliExpress Standard Shipping (normally about a month to deliver), but the package has been stuck on the status "Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to CL/SCL)" for the last 2 weeks. This is much longer that usual. What is causing the delay?

It should be delayed in Singapore by Singapore Post now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
