It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

My parcel has been POSTING since July 7th. My tracking number is LK289331253CN. what does "posting" mean exactly and why doesn't anyone answer the customer service phone number which you provide for English speaking people only? I am desperately trying to locate my package and I have absolutely no idea where it is or if it's ever going to be delivered. Please help.
