Processed Thru Facility Package

I’m looking for package #LY138034196CN. The system says it processed through the EMS facility on April 28th but hasn’t updated since then. Any idea where it may be or when I might get it? I know there’s the Coronavirus but sadly my father has cancer and I’m trying for us to be safe and haven’t been able to find any masks until now. Thank you!!! Stay safe!!
