Hice un pedido a Shein y desde hace 2 dias me aparece que esta en el centro de operaciones izquierdo de Hong Kong y de ahi no se mueve, ¿que significa eso?

Debería trasladarse a su país ahora. Será mejor que espere más días para recibir la actualización. Si está atascado allí durante mucho tiempo, debe comunicarse con el vendedor para que le brinde una solución (reembolsarle o enviársela nuevamente) lo antes posible.
