i cannot trace my package...can u pls help? its says the seller shipped it on 26th February, 2016 and it is now the 20th March, 2016 and i still havent received anything

I think it's a fake tracking number as a normal EMS tracking number could be tracked in China post tracking system. However, I couldn't find any shipment result for your package. Also, a package through epacket should reach you within 7-10 working days. You should ask the seller if he used the epacket to send your item?

My package weighs almost 50kg according to the seller information.
(It is an electric bicycle / electric bicycle parts.)
The seller sent it via ePacket.
It seems too big, too heavy to ship via ePacket in one package.
Now the seller has closed their store on DHgate with no communication.
I am concerned the seller sent me something else to try and scam me with tracking evidence showing "the bike" was delivered.
