Request for checking missing tracking information

Dear sir/madam,
I hereby write to you regarding missing information on tracking number: LZ602329847CN, as I had placed the order of shoes from ebay, and the store provided me the above-mentioned post tracking number which estimated to deliver to me in Vientiane (Laos) on Feb. 11, 2021, up to now it’s been delayed for over 2 weeks, and the tracking information has been missing since Jan.21, 2021 (over 1 month that I miss the tracking information).
I therefore would like to follow up where the parcel is, and when it will be delivered to the destination, so please don’t be hesitate to inform me via my provided email.

The deilvery was failed because of the incorrect address. You'd better contact Vietnam Post to ask how to get it as soon as possible.
